Feet are the foundation of all movement walking, running, strength training, and everyday activities. Yet for many people, they are stiff, weak, and lacking awareness and control. Very often, overload, pain, and faulty movement patterns begin at the feet. This course was created to help you learn how to work with your feet consciously and restore their proper function in movement.

The course videos are conducted in Polish. Each video includes English subtitles only. There is no spoken English audio — the English language version is provided exclusively in subtitle form.

  • The course is divided into 6 thematic weeks, guiding you step by step — from basic activation, through stabilization and strength, to integrating foot function into full-body movement. Each week includes several short training sessions aligned with the focus of that stage.
